Commencement Notification Of Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 Dated 09 February,2018

The Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued a notification dated 09 February 2018 regarding commencement of some provisions of the companies (amendment)act 2017 which is as follows :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 09 February, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-
