GOVERNMENT DIRECTS CBDT TO FURNISH CERTAIN INFORMATION TO MCA

The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue has issued a Notification No. 74/2017 Dated 26/07/2017 to the Principal Director General of Income Tax (System) with regard to the furnishing of “Bulk Information” to the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India in pursuance of sub-clause (ii) clause (a) of sub-section 138 of the Income Tax, Act 1961.
